This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and performance of our machinery, participating in customer product testing, and providing technical support.
Responsibilities:
Install, service, and handle warranty claims professionally.
Provide technical support for machinery upgrades and configurations.
Conduct equipment compatibility testing.
Perform final quality and performance testing.
Assist during machinery acceptance visits.
Review recommended spare parts lists.
Identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Communicate effectively and adhere to company standards.

Associates Degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Training as a Custom Machine Assembler.
Knowledge of PLC, electrical, and machine shop.
Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
Understanding of regulatory standards.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and SolidWorks.
