Senior Site/Civil Engineer
Location: Princeton, NJ 
Type: Direct Hire

Join our dynamic team as a Senior Site/Civil Engineer and lead exciting multi-disciplinary design projects in Princeton, NJ. We're seeking a seasoned professional to oversee complex site development initiatives for both public and private clients.

Your Role:
Project Leadership: Oversee project management of site/civil engineering design projects; this includes development of project scope, schedules, & budgets. 
  • Permitting & Grants: Coordinate the preparation of applications for state and federal permits and grants.
  • Community Engagement: Represent the firm at project meetings, planning board sessions, and zoning board hearings.
  • Business Development: Develop proposals and cultivate new client relationships.
  • Technical Expertise: Review planning studies, development applications, and provide technical guidance.
  • Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior engineers.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in site/civil engineering design.
  • NJ Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential; PA PE is a plus.
