Job Summary:
The Senior Recruiter will play a crucial role in sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding candidates for all positions within the company. This individual will have a special focus on Engineering, Commercial, Product Management, Marketing, IT, and key leadership positions throughout the organization. As a full cycle recruitment support, the Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to provide them with the critical information they need to make the best hiring decisions. The role will also involve identifying and engaging unique and passive candidates using creative sourcing techniques. 

Job Duties:
  • Develop recruitment strategies to attract a pool of qualified candidates to meet the company's hiring needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with critical information needed to hire top talent for the team based on data and insights.
  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques to identify and engage unique and passive candidates.
  • Proactively source and recruit potential candidates through researching and contacting various job boards, internet sites, schools, community outreach, agencies, and more.
  • Responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and recruiting, onboarding, verifying new hire paperwork, and following up on new employee engagement.
  • Conduct interviews/screenings to ensure candidates meet position standards, such as necessary certifications, licenses, skill sets, and experience.
  • Implement all onboarding procedures and ensure compliance with forms and internal processes.
  • Provide onboarding training and feedback on content.
  • Review existing hiring and interviewing practices and make recommendations to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Interact with new employees regarding employee engagement.
  • Regularly partner and communicate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment needs are met and anticipate future demands and requirements.

Qualifications:
  • 7-10 years of recruitment experience preferred in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Experienced in developing and executing strategies and plans to achieve hiring objectives.
  • Able to work effectively in unfamiliar or new environments to accomplish hiring goals.
  • Energetic with initiative and capable of prioritizing multiple assignments and meeting deadlines.
  • Capable of working independently while taking direction from all levels of managers.
  • Comfortable using technology to create quality reports and statistics, including intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills and strong Excel proficiency.
  • Efficient at prioritizing and multitasking, with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of "reading" people during interviews and screenings to determine appropriate job fit.
  • Experience working in the Global Engineering/Manufacturing industry preferred.
