Senior Project Manager:

Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: $185,000 to $250,000 annually based on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plan with company match, paid time off, and professional development reimbursement.  

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing key client projects from initiation through closure. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Job Duties:

Oversee project scope, budget, and timeline, and keep stakeholders informed about potential impacts.
Take charge of evaluating and managing risks associated with equipment qualifications and the hiring of production team members.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, such as customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to establish clear project expectations and goals.
Create, update, and submit comprehensive project management reports and documentation.
Initiate and oversee the resolution of project issues through escalation processes.
Actively identify and address risks to ensure the successful completion of the project.
Implement and uphold effective change control procedures.
Ensure compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
Coordinate with governmental entities and regulatory agencies for permits and funding.
Collaborate with production planning to oversee capacity and workload distribution

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing, with a proven history of successful project completion.
Possession of a Project Management Certification is advantageous.
Strong emphasis on attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication proficiencies.
Demonstrated ability to excel in dynamic, high-pressure environments with a focus on creative problem-solving.
Proficiency in using MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Familiarity with project metrics, trend analysis, and reporting.
Capability to identify issues, devise solutions, and conduct thorough root cause analysis.
Self-driven, assertive, and results-oriented.
A commitment to staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies through active participation in professional associations and ongoing training.
