Senior Project Manager - Expansion
Job Description
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $185,000 - $250,000 (depending on experience)
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience: 10+ years of relevant project management experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
Certification: Project Management Certification is a plus.
Skills and Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, dynamic environments with a focus on problem-solving.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Project, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
Familiarity with project metrics, trend analysis, and reporting.
Ability to identify issues, generate solutions, and conduct root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage project scope, budget, and timeline, communicating any potential impacts on these parameters to stakeholders.
Risk Management: Lead risk assessment, identification, and remediation efforts related to equipment qualifications and production team hiring.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing, to ensure clear project expectations and objectives.
Documentation: Prepare, maintain, and submit detailed project management reports and documentation.
Issue Resolution: Initiate and manage escalations to resolve project issues promptly.
Risk Mitigation: Proactively communicate and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
