Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of complex warehouse development projects.
  • Manage construction and commissioning processes from a design perspective, ensuring efficient and effective project completion.
  • Evaluate and optimize changes that significantly impact project scope, budget, or schedule.
  • Monitor engineering processes to maintain adherence to quality standards, Total Cost of Ownership, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and provide input on project outcomes.
  • Offer life-cycle engineering support to existing warehouse facilities.
  • Foster knowledge-sharing and leverage expertise to achieve departmental goals.
  • Contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of project experience in logistics real estate.
  • Proven ability to coordinate with internal and external engineering teams.
  • Based in the Chicago metropolitan area with the ability to work from the Chicago office.
  • Thrive in an international and dynamic work environment.

Salary: $125,000-$135,000/Year
