Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Will be responsible for designing, developing and programming PLCs (Allen Bradley) for automated machinery.
  • Configure and integrate HMI, SCADA, and motion control systems using Rockwell Automation products.
  • Perform system debugging, troubleshooting, and commissioning at the facility and customer sites.
  • Implement and optimize servo and VFD motor control for high-speed automation.
  • Ensure compliance with UL, NEC, NFPA 79, and industry standards in control system designs.
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing, installation, and field service teams.
  • Participate in risk assessments and safety circuit design for automated equipment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (equivalent experience maybe considered).
  • Must have at least 5 years of experience in programming / troubleshooting and electrical controls design.
  • Proficiency with Allen Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and motion control.
  • Experience with EtherNet/IP, DeviceNet, and other industrial communication protocols.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced automation environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for installations and customer support.

Salary:  $100,000 to $110,000 dependent on experience
