Job Description
- Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using Allen Bradley systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement HMI applications to interface with control systems.
- Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on control systems.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in controls engineering, specifically with PLC programming.
- Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC systems.
- Experience with HMI development and implementation
