Location: Detroit. MI

Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain PLC programs using Allen Bradley systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PLC programming to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and implement HMI applications to interface with control systems.
  • Conduct testing and validation of control systems to ensure performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production staff on control systems.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reduce downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in controls engineering, specifically with PLC programming.
  • Proficiency in Allen Bradley PLC systems.
  • Experience with HMI development and implementation
