Sterling Engineering is a growing engineering and staffing services firm that specializes in placing top talent across the U.S and Ireland. Our firm has partnered with a industrial machinery manufacturing company on adding to their Automation Engineering team by bringing in a Senior Engineer to work projects from start to finish 

Title: Automation Engineer
Location: Based Out Of NY, FULLY REMOTE
Travel: 30%
$$$: 95-115k (10% Bonus) 

Day to Day: 

  • Developing an automation solution which meets the requirements of the proposal or project
  • Ensuring design and execution outputs are delivered in line with the time schedule and quality requirements
  • Provide technical support for major customers 
  • Performing site surveys 

Experience Needed: 

  • Bachelors in Engineering related field
  • Experience In Rockwell Automation
  • Experience In The Food/Bev industry 
  • 2 years of working experience in an automation or controls space
