Senior Architectural Project Manager
Job Description
- Reliable, completes assignments and meets deadlines with accuracy and completeness
- Solicits feedback and acts on it; looks to improve self and team
- Communicates with clients in a professional manner
- Mentor and train project team members
- Manage daily project team tasks and client requests/special projects
- Manage the preparation and quality control of construction drawings for bid, permit, and client review as well as coordinating revisions
- Manage outside project consultants; civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, client vendors and resolve and coordinate issues
- Manage site surveys, survey reports, and client billing
- Assist team Project Managers with construction administration and client updates and coordination with project team
- Attend client meetings
- Attend municipal planning and zoning meetings
- Post construction compliance site visits/punch lists
- Perform/ review code analysis documents and ADA compliance
- Perform, negotiate code interpretation with code officials if necessary
- Minimum 8 years of professional Retail/Restaurant/Hospitality experience
- Professional degree in Architecture
- Architectural licensure preferred
- LEED accreditation preferable
- Excellent oral and written communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of codes
