Job Description

Title: Inside Sales Representative
Location: Montgomery, IL
Hire Type:  CONTRACT-TO-HIRE w. full benefits 
Compensation: $50k-$65k/yr

Job Summary: 
The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in sales ecosystem, responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with potential customers, supporting the outside sales team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Job Duties:
  • Skillfully manage follow-ups on pending quotes to finalize sales opportunities. 
  • Initiate lead generation initiatives through strategic cold-calling and effective use of databases. 
  • Take charge of the entire inside sales process, from its inception to successful closure, consistently surpassing sales targets. 
  • Utilize ERP system proficiently to generate precise quotes and deliver compelling product presentations to clients. 
  • Proactively handle customer inquiries after quotes, ensuring their satisfaction and creating avenues for further sales. 
  • Work seamlessly with the Outside Sales team to ensure a unified approach towards customer engagement and contentment. 
  • Offer extensive product knowledge and industry insights to address client queries and stimulate sales. 
  • Serve as an internal sales advocate, continuously striving to meet or exceed assigned sales quotas and objectives.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated track record of success in meeting and exceeding business development goals within a sales environment.
  •  Proficiency in social media engagement and adeptness in cold-calling techniques.
  •  Strong competitive spirit coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Driven by ambition and a relentless commitment to achieving sales targets.
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM is preferred.
