Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Lead Reporting Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in driving operational excellence for our sales and marketing departments. As a key business partner to the sales organization, you will be instrumental in enabling revenue growth and enhancing sales productivity by providing effective methodologies, efficient processes, value-added information, and essential sales tools.

Job Duties:
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvements within the Sales organization, including seamless hand-offs from Lead Generation to District Managers and Implementation/Onboarding teams.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Ensure sales representatives adhere to the sales process by providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders to build and maintain accurate sales forecasting models and data.
  • Assist Sales Leaders in inspecting and managing the sales pipeline and opportunities.
  • Prepare compelling Quarterly Business Review presentations to showcase departmental performance and highlight growth opportunities.
  • Create and maintain Sales Department policies, procedures, training manuals, and sales-related resource materials.
  • Support the onboarding and training process of new Sales Representatives to facilitate their seamless integration into the team.
  • Set up dashboards and reports, both within CRM and beyond, to monitor sales operations and cross-functional efficiencies, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Manage and maintain sales data in SalesForce.com (CRM), PowerBI, and other relevant software programs.
  • Create models and organize statistical studies for the Sales Department to extract valuable insights and inform decision-making.
  • Understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and provide support for processes that align with business objectives.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and expertise in crafting efficient processes.
  • Embrace a result and success-oriented mentality, consistently conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to resolution.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 plus years experience in a Sales/lead generation or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com, PowerBI, and other relevant software.
  • Strong analytical and statistical skills to develop models and derive meaningful insights for the sales team.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with sales and marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Track record of driving process improvements and optimizing sales operations for increased efficiency.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proven problem-solving abilities, delivering practical and actionable solutions.
