Hire Type: Direct Hire - $85-$108k plus bonus based on experience

Job Summary:
  • To build revenue for upgrades, parts, knives and service, with existing and new customers
     
    Outcomes
     
    Grow revenue and build market share with existing and new customers:
    1. Consumables to grow at prescribed plan levels in support of our financial plan 
    2. Build an active and growing service business, that also drives consumables sales
Job Duties:
                        
  1. Strong experience in OEM equipment and parts sales 
  2. Strong technical aptitude
  3. Degreed individual in a technical field
  4. 5 – 8 years of experience selling in an OEM environment
  5. Proven selling skills, superb customer skills
  6. Able to interpret blueprints and machine drawings
  7. Excellent ability to negotiate and close deals
  8. Great communication skills - both written and oral
  9. Organization and planning - ability to deliver agreed-to results

Compensation:
Competitive base salary and great benefit plan
