Job Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by engaging with manufacturers, system integrators, and other industrial clients.
- Consult with customers to assess their automation needs and propose customized solutions that optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and technical demonstrations.
- Work collaboratively with engineering and project management teams to ensure solutions align with client requirements and feasibility.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for additional solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging automation technologies.
- Participate in trade shows, client lunches, and industry networking events to promote company solutions and expand market reach.
- Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM tools.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Automation, Robotics, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to travel nationally up to 50%
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
