Job Description

Overview
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with Sales and Operations to help deliver all consumable products and services that meets or exceeds shipment schedules and customer’s expectation. If you have experience in the manufacturing industry come join our client that specializes in the design and manufacturing of industrial systems.

Job Responsibilities 
  • Accurate and timely order entry
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Operations with billing/invoicing issues on Consumable orders
  • RMA entry and follow-thru
  • Field customer and address service calls
  • Communicate with internal and external customers

Skills & Requirements 
  • Manufacturing environment experience
  • Able to read and interpret machine blue prints to explain them over the phone to customers 
  • Ability to collaborate with sales and operations team
  • Communication with key stakeholders 
  • Organization and Planning
  • Process Oriented
  • Follow-through on Commitments
  • Flexibility/Adaptability

Pay: $25-30/hr
