Job Description
- Lead and manage a team to develop and support applications for Lead to Cash business processes, integrating with systems like EDI, Esker, PkMS (WM), Hybris Commerce, SAP Personas, TMS, Paymetric, Vertex, and Salesforce.com.
- Must have EDI channel support experience
- Work with business stakeholders and IT analysts to identify and address process gaps and requirements.
- Will oversee a small project team, to design and implement solutions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and best practices.
- Manage deliverables throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, ensuring quality and supportability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize tasks and develop delivery plans.
- Create documentation and training materials, supporting organizational change.
- Ensure production systems meet service levels and manage resource plans for support.
- Drive improvements in business processes and IT practices.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and maintain confidentiality.
- Stay updated on professional knowledge through workshops, publications, and networking.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent.
- Minimum 9 years in IT SAP ECC, with at least 7 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD/LE, including configuration.
- Experience with Lead to Cash processes, OTC and customer EDI in an SAP environment.
- Prior management experience.
- Proficiency in systems analysis, problem-solving, and SDLC.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience with business reporting.
- Experience with eCommerce, tax, and credit card processing.
- Experience in global environments.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects.
