We're a leading Waukesha-based manufacturing company seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst. Join us to play a pivotal role in optimizing SAP processes for efficiency and meeting business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess business needs through analysis and collaboration.
Utilize a strong understanding of MRP, Demand, Capacity planning, and Production Orders in manufacturing.
Demonstrate knowledge of IDOCs, master data, and Engineering BOM's.
Familiarity with QM, EWM, and MM modules is a plus.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and provide technical solutions.
Develop KPIs and Metrics with process and data owners.
Maintain and enhance SAP PP/MM processes.
Work globally to resolve problems in compliance with standards.
Provide SAP end-user training and support.
Document SAP processes, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance.
