Salary Range: $95,000 - $120,000 (Experience Dependent)
We're a leading Waukesha-based manufacturing company seeking a skilled SAP Business Analyst. Join us to play a pivotal role in optimizing SAP processes for efficiency and meeting business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assess business needs through analysis and collaboration.
Utilize a strong understanding of MRP, Demand, Capacity planning, and Production Orders in manufacturing.
Demonstrate knowledge of IDOCs, master data, and Engineering BOM's.
Familiarity with QM, EWM, and MM modules is a plus.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and provide technical solutions.
Develop KPIs and Metrics with process and data owners.
Maintain and enhance SAP PP/MM processes.
Work globally to resolve problems in compliance with standards.
Provide SAP end-user training and support.
Document SAP processes, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance.
Analytical: Synthesizes complex information; designs work flows.
Design: Generates creative solutions; demonstrates attention to detail.
Problem Solving: Identifies and resolves problems; develops alternative solutions.
Project Management: Works effectively and independently on projects.
Customer Service: Manages difficult situations; responds promptly to needs.
Interpersonal Skills: Skilled in negotiations and developing consensus.
Oral and Written Communication: Communicates clearly and persuasively.
Teamwork: Balances team and individual responsibilities.
Quality Management: Looks for ways to improve and promote quality.
Education: BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years in SAP PP module with SAP S/4 HANA in manufacturing.
Usually quiet, with occasional domestic and international travel, up to 15 percent of the time.
