Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement automation solutions, including robotic simulation, electrical design, and programming.
Analyze and repair electromechanical applications of automated machinery, ensuring optimal performance.
Collaborate in the integration of control systems, schematics, and electronic components.
Build, test, and troubleshoot various components of robotic systems, such as articulated arm robots, grippers/end effectors, machine vision, and application software.
Conduct feasibility analysis and laboratory testing for customer applications, providing support during prototype development.
Contribute to research and development efforts, exploring innovative solutions for robotic mechanisms and system enhancements.
Bachelor’s Degree in Robotics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with an emphasis on mechatronics.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation development, including robotic simulation, electrical design, programming, and control system integration.
Proficiency in analyzing and repairing electromechanical applications of automated machinery.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, including customer sites, trade shows, and possibly international travel to Taiwan.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward technical challenges.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
