Job Summary:
As a full-time Robotics Programmer - Robotics Engineer, you'll play a crucial role within a project team, collaborating with Applications, Mechanical, and Build teams to design, construct, program, and implement customized automated equipment and solutions across diverse applications, processes, and industries. Our team is dedicated to staying at the forefront of technological advancements. We drive change through continuous learning and innovation, ensuring our customers remain industry leaders

Pay Range: $70,000 - $100,000 per year (based on experience)

Responsibilities:
  • Programming various robotic systems (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka)
  • Overseeing robotic processes such as dispense applicators, sealers, urethane, and paint
  • Conducting robotic simulations using tools like RoboGuide (Fanuc), RobotStudio (ABB), SimPro (Kuka)
  • Participating in light machine build activities, including end effectors
  • Engaging in hardware/software design, with the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot
  • Verifying Mechanical Designs/EOAT’s affecting robots
  • Following project-specific tasks directed by the Project Manager
  • Providing field service and support
  • Creating operation manuals when required by the project
  • Conducting training classes at customer facilities when necessary
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Implementing and adhering to the Quality Management System

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in automation or equivalent education
  • Ability to travel between 30-50% to customer sites and other locations (domestic and international)
