Sterling Engineering has partnered with a well known, industry leader in the packaging industry on adding to their engineering team. They have a need for an Reliability Engineer that has an opportunity for professional development within the company. This person will wear various hats. 

Location: Chicago Heights, IL
$$$-75k-90k 

Brief Overview Of Role: 

  • Maintain CMMS software – Micromain or equivalent
  • Oversee and continually improve the SCH preventive maintenance program.
  • Manage predictive maintenance program; vibration analysis, oil analysis etc…
  • Perform root cause analysis of failures and suggest improvements.
  • Collect data and track equipment downtime.
Experience Needed:

  • Bachelors in Engineering 
  • 2+ year experience in a maintenance engineering type of setting
  • AutoCad experience preferred 
  • CMMS Software preferred
