The Reliability Manager ensures the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of manufacturing processes in a regulated medical device environment. This role focuses on optimizing production, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
The Reliability Manager ensures the efficiency, reliability, and compliance of manufacturing processes in a regulated medical device environment. This role focuses on optimizing production, resolving issues, and driving continuous improvement.
Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance manufacturing reliability and efficiency through data-driven strategies.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and implement process changes.
- Oversee and collaborate with teams to ensure effective process updates and monitor outcomes.
- Maintain process documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, GMP).
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve process issues and implement corrective actions.
- Lead process improvement projects and provide technical training to teams.
- Communicate process performance and improvement initiatives to management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to enhance material reliability and quality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years in reliability engineering, ideally in medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing.
- Previous management or supervisory experience.
- Expertise in process improvement, statistical analysis, and regulatory standards.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
