Our client is a financially stable, leading manufacturer in their industry, seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Sales Specialist to represent their brand as the "face of the company" across the East Coast. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to contribute to the company's growth while also building a solid financial foundation for themselves. As a Regional Sales Specialist for this prestigious manufacturing client, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining long-lasting relationships within the East Coast market. This role is ideal for an individual with a passion for sales and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

  • Remote+Travel To East Coast States
  • 100-120k BASE (not including their commission plan)

Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth through proactive outreach (cold calling, networking, referrals) within the East Coast.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through ongoing support and proactive communication.
  • Travel regularly within the East Coast territory for client meetings and sales activities.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience in industrial manufacturing (excluding food/pharma).
  • Required: Experience selling thermal components, electric heating elements, or related products.
  • Proven success in building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast.
