Hire Time: Direct-hire, Onsite (if local) or Remote (if not local)
Target Compensation: $95,000 base + sales commission = approx. $150,000/year
Travel Requirements: Up to 70%

Job Summary:
Seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales of capital equipment across the Midwest & Southeast US.  Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, this role is responsible for developing and executing a territory plan, managing customer relationships, and driving growth through strategic selling and technical expertise.

Job Duties:
  • Develop and manage a territory sales plan and forecast.
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
  • Present equipment solutions and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and complete reports on time.
  • Partner with internal teams and local representatives to meet customer needs.
  • Stay current on product technologies and industry trends.
  • Attend trade shows and represent the company professionally.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 5+ years of experience selling capital equipment (pharma or related industry preferred).
  • Proven success meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong technical aptitude and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up abilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% domestically and internationally.
