Job Description
- Remote+Travel To East Coast States
- 100-120k BASE (not including their commission plan)

- Drive new business growth through proactive outreach (cold calling, networking, referrals) within the East Coast.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through ongoing support and proactive communication.
- Travel regularly within the East Coast territory for client meetings and sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of outside sales or business development experience in industrial manufacturing (excluding food/pharma).
- Required: Experience selling thermal components, electric heating elements, or related products.
- Proven success in building and nurturing client relationships.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability and willingness to travel extensively across the East Coast.
