Job Description
Title: Bilingual Recruiter
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process: post jobs, source talent, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and support onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align on recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for ongoing hiring needs.
- Host and attend job fairs, hiring events, and local outreach efforts.
- Partner with local workforce agencies and staffing firms to support hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate hiring documentation and report on recruitment KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws, company policies, and safety protocols.
- Support the onboarding and orientation process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience; manufacturing or high-volume hiring preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
- Familiarity with ATS systems and Microsoft Office
- Personable, team-oriented, and detail-driven
- Must be able to work onsite full-time
