We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Recruiter to join our team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is fully onsite and will focus on attracting, screening, and hiring top talent to support our production and operations teams. The ideal candidate is a people-oriented professional with strong communication skills in English and Spanish and experience in high-volume recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for production, warehouse, and administrative roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective hiring strategies.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate hiring events, and attend job fairs to attract talent.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate hiring records and provide reports on recruitment metrics.
- Build relationships with local workforce agencies, community organizations, and staffing firms.
- Support new hire orientation and onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)
- 1-3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing, food production, or similar industries.
- Strong ability to manage multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of hiring best practices and employment laws.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite full-time.
