Assist in prototype fabrication, test setup assembly, and R&D design.
Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment.
Conduct experiments, record data, and ensure a safe working environment.
Potential for forklift operation or training.
Mechanical aptitude and high school diploma (AS degree or tech certification preferred).
Physical ability to lift and work with shop tools.
Proficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to read piping and electrical drawings a plus.
Strong documentation and computer skills.
Organized, professional, and positive attitude.
Motivated, creative, and self-directed.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
