Job Description
Location: Addison, IL
- Adheres to safety and quality policies.
- Monitors line operation, conducts quality checks, and coordinates shift takeovers.
- Executes color/material changes independently.
- Maintains production efficiencies, minimizes scrap, and collaborates with maintenance for equipment improvement.
- Performs changeovers, troubleshoots print quality problems, and reads technical specifications.
- Trains packers and assists with new product trials.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Some post-secondary education (technical/vocational) preferred.
- Proficient in English.
- Strong focus and accuracy.
- Basic math, computer, and organizational skills.
