Job Description
Location: Burlington, WA
*COMPANY WILL PROVIDE LUMP SUM FOR RELOCATION*

$$$: $80–106k base
- Act as the primary quality representative in direct communications with commercial customers, including on-site support as needed.
- Investigate, diagnose, and resolve technical quality issues related to solar products deployed in the field.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop corrective/preventive action plans (CAPA) in collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams.
- Lead quality assessments during product returns, warranty claims, and customer complaints.
- Track and analyze field performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Partner with internal teams to develop and refine quality standards for new and existing solar products.
- Support customer qualification processes and audits by preparing documentation and presenting technical findings.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain strong understanding of industry and regulatory standards affecting solar panel systems and installations.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, presentations, and documentation for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Need to be a certified auditor
- Need a Six Sigma Belt Certification (Yellow, Green, or Black)
- At least 2 years of quality engineering experience
