Quality Assurance Specialist
Location: LaGrange, GA
Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 (Depending on Experience)
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team in LaGrange, GA. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the production of high-quality machinery and equipment. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for quality control across a diverse range of manufactured equipment and spare parts, with additional responsibilities including:
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain quality control processes for manufactured equipment and spare parts.
Exercise primary authority for the acceptance of workmanship from vendors based on specifications.
Support the disposition of Return Material Authorizations (RMAs) associated with claims processes.
Assist in recordkeeping for the Devices Calibration Management system.
Maintain Non-conformance Requests (NCR) and report results.
Assist in record maintenance for the Quality Management System.
Support the Aftermarket department in validation tests for components and subcomponents.
Conduct on-site, in-process inspection of goods being produced by vendors. Possess the authority to stop manufacturing in all phases of production.

Minimum of 3 years' experience in Inside Industrial Parts Sales.
Bachelor's Degree is preferred, with 2 years of comparable work experience in a related field.
Excellent PC application skills, including proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM & ERP understanding (preferred).
Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings/blueprints and perform inspections based on those drawings.
