Job Summary:
  • As the Quality Product Specialist you will uphold the integrity and top-notch quality of all of our products. Positioned on the production floor, you will oversee production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards, GMPs, and Food Safety regulations.

Job Duties:
  • Inspect finished product output to ensure adherence to quality specifications set by the Quality Department.
  • Review daily quality reports prepared by production personnel, enter data into systems like SAP-QM or Fenice, and examine monthly reports, requesting and verifying adjustments as necessary.
  • Conduct sensory sessions for semi-finished and finished products.
  • Support the factory's food allergen management program and maintain product coding.
  • Monitor and review information from materials, events, or the environment to detect or assess problems.
  • Train UGPs personnel responsible for quality checks of the product (self-control).
  • Record goods movements in SAP, including stock for quality controls and blocked stock.
  • Ensure implementation, practice, and maintenance of all program requirements and standards regarding quality and food safety.
  • Conduct internal audits, record statistical data, and analyze production data to verify compliance or identify deviations from existing standards.
  • Execute daily reviews of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) documentation.
  • Enforce and promote all company guidelines, policies, and good manufacturing practices.

Qualifications:
  • Associate's Degree in a related field such as Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, or Food Chemistry; Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred.
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
  • Strong color perception, attention to detail, pattern recognition, and mathematical abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
