Salary: $100k-$115k/yr.

Looking for an experienced Quality Manager for a leading manufacturer of commercial plumbing systems located in New Hudson, MI. This is a great opportunity to work in a collaborative environment and lead transformational change when it comes to suppliers!

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manages policies, procedures, standards, records, and QMS compliance.
  • Directs daily activities, verifies parts/processes, and handles customer complaints.
  • Analyzes data, promotes improvement initiatives, and identifies key issues for resolution.
  • Supervises quality personnel and manages performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Ensures quality in new product development and ongoing production.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Engineering Technology (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ years in Quality Management within a manufacturing/assembly environment.
  • ASQ Certification (preferred)
