Job Description
Overview: As the Quality Manager, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing the implementation and execution of quality procedures and standards. You will lead a talented team, collaborate closely with operations and technical teams, and drive initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to quality procedures and standards to meet regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
- Develop and mentor the quality team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Partner with the Operations Manager to standardize quality practices and procedures across the plant.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Quality and Technology teams to identify priorities, develop effective quality tools, and resolve quality issues promptly.
- Work closely with the leadership to introduce new formulas into manufacturing and drive quality improvement initiatives.
- Lead efforts to introduce and implement new formulas, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality results and exceed established standards.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Engineering, Chemical, or other technical degrees), will consider years of experience in lieu of degree
- At least 5+ years of experience in a leadership capacity within manufacturing
