Job Description
- Coach, mentor, and develop the quality team, fostering growth and continuous learning.
- Champion and enhance our safety culture, implementing processes that protect and empower employees.
- Oversee the Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance and achieving ambitious goals.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve site performance using structured problem-solving methods.
- Provide input on strategic priorities, keeping our quality initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Support the launch of new products and processes, ensuring performance and manufacturability.
- Lead the calibration program and oversee the quality lab and CMM operations.
- Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and governmental requirements.
- Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to prevent recurrence
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related engineering field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of cross functional experience in Quality Assurance and Operations in a high precision manufacturing setting.
- Must have solid understand of QMS Processes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and 45001.
