Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate quality control staff and activities
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs
- Oversee validation protocols and execution
- Lead customer complaint investigations and corrective actions
- Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO, and customer requirements
- Manage CAPA system implementation and effectiveness
- Analyze quality data and establish improvement standards
- Conduct quality-related training for internal teams and customers
- Interface with customers to ensure requirement fulfillment
- Generate and review quality documentation and reports
- Support customer and ISO audits
- Supervise hiring, training, and development of quality team members
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of quality control experience, including 1+ year in supervision
- Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience/certification preferred
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and statistical skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
