Location: Lombard, IL
Hire Type: Open-ended contract, Onsite
Pay Rate: $24.00/hour (W2 with full employee benefits)
Work Schedule: 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00pm - 10:00pm)

Job Summary: 
Seeking a lab-based quality tester who can run tests on product batches, as well as check the cleanliness of the production area, document and investigate any issues, while maintaining safety and accuracy.  

Job Duties:
  • Test batches of products on schedule to make sure they meet company and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor the cleanliness of the manufacturing environment and help check for microorganisms.
  • Carefully document any issues that come up and work with the team to investigate them.
  • Help keep lab supplies organized and support improvements that result in quicker, more efficient work.
  • Assist with special projects when needed.
  • Follow safety rules and wear protective gear when required.

Qualifications:
  • Education and/or experience in a science-based field (biology, chemistry, or related).
  • Detail-oriented who can carefully follow procedures.
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a regulated environment.
