Job Description

Job Title: Quality Inspector – Electronics
Pay Rate: $22-$24 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | LOTS of Overtime  
Location: Dallas, TX
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K

General Purpose:
Perform detailed inspections of electronic systems, assemblies, subassemblies, and components to ensure all products meet specifications and workmanship standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct visual inspections of electronic cards, subassemblies, and finished units
  • Use measurement tools such as gauges, templates, and microscopes to assess quality
  • Verify all required process steps have been completed on inspected items
  • Accurately enter inspection results into manual or electronic systems
  • Identify and escalate non-conforming materials or processes
  • Communicate feedback to production teams in real-time
  • Assist in documenting and resolving non-conformances
  • Support process audits and uphold workmanship standards across the floor
