We are seeking a Quality Manager on behalf of one of our rapidly growing clients — a recognized leader in the manufacturing of blow molding products. Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Supervision
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of approximately 15 quality auditors across three shifts.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvement within the quality department.
  • Partner with production and operations teams to ensure alignment on quality standards and consistency across shifts.
  • Oversee daily quality activities to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Document Control
  • Manage and maintain controlled documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with GMP and company standards.
  • Coordinate document updates, scanning, filing, and distribution.
  • Print and issue official document copies as requested by departments.
  • Review production records for completeness and compliance prior to product release, reporting any deviations or irregularities.
Data Management
  • Input and maintain quality data within computer systems and databases with precision and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for process improvement.
  • Prepare and present data reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
Line Auditing & In-Process Inspection
  • Conduct in-process quality inspections and line clearances to verify adherence to specifications.
  • Audit packaging components (bottles, cases, closures, labels, etc.) and document hourly quality checks including:
  • Immediately halt production and escalate to management when deviations or quality issues are identified.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent recurrence.
Skills & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably blow molding or plastics).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and document management platforms.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet productivity standards.
