Hire Type: Direct Hire, $65k - $75k based on experience (may have flexibility upwards based on experience)

Job Summary:
Are you passionate about quality and driven by a desire to ensure that every product meets the highest standards?
We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of maintaining product excellence, analyzing quality data, and fostering collaboration across departments to drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough audits and inspections to ensure products meet all specifications and standards.
- Review quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions to enhance product quality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, streamline processes, and reduce defects.
- Keep comprehensive records and documentation related to quality assurance processes and outcomes.
- Evaluate supplier performance through assessments and drive improvements to ensure consistent quality from all vendors.
- Keep up with industry quality standards and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.
- Participate in and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing overall quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field, will also consider internship experience or years experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience within manufacturing, lab or chemical setting within quality
