Quality Documentation Assistant
Job Description
Location: Raleigh, NC
Pay Rate: $22–$27/hour
Employment Type: Long-Term Contract
Client: Global Manufacturing Company

- Draft and revise Word document versions of PIOPs and SOIs, incorporating required changes and updates.
- Maintain and manage QAM distribution logs and procedural documentation.
- Oversee documentation that must be sent to third-party vendors for scanning and long-term storage.
- Prepare documents for vault and storage filing in accordance with company standards.
- File, scan, and organize manufacturing and quality documentation, including procedures, travelers, and route cards
- Assist in creating standardized methods and file paths for collecting and analyzing statistical data to support quality improvements and training initiatives.
- Participate in training related to Quality Assurance processes and documentation standards.
- Serve as an administrator for Metaltrace, including uploading vendor certifications and V-shipper documentation.
- Process standard documentation packages for customer submittals.
- Strong administrative, secretarial, and data entry skills.
- Prior experience working in a Quality Assurance or manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong overall computer literacy.
- Experience organizing and maintaining both digital and paper filing systems, including scanning and electronic document distribution.
