Quality Control Technician
Job Description
- We're seeking a meticulous Quality Control Inspector to ensure the accuracy of our manufactured parts. You'll use your machine shop experience and metrology skills (calipers, micrometers, OCP Smart Scope) to inspect parts at every stage, identify and report any issues, and maintain quality control records.
- Conduct first article, in-process, and final inspections of parts.
- Utilize OCP Smart Scope and various metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, gages).
- Sort parts according to specifications.
- Record inspection data and maintain quality control documentation.
- Identify and report non-conforming parts.
Qualifications:
- 1+ year experience in a machine shop or CNC environment.
- Proficiency with metrology tools: calipers, micrometers, pitch mics, etc.
- Experience with OCP Smart Scope or similar vision systems (preferred, but willing to train).
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
