Job Summary:

Job Duties:
  • Oversee the scheduling and management of QC Technicians
  • Develop and implement robust Food Safety and Quality programs
  • Ensure compliance with Corporate Policies, Procedures, USDA, FDA GMPs, and customer requirements
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
  • Maintain accurate calibration records for all instruments and equipment
  • Conduct regular GMP audits of the manufacturing facility
  • Facilitate positive release and Hold/release processes for products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field
  • 5-10 years of experience in quality control within the food manufacturing industry
  • HACCP Certification
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
