Schedule: 10pm to 6:30am - Monday through Friday

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting laboratory tests and supporting plant operations.
Job Duties:
- Conduct a variety of laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and returned products.
- Accurately document all test results and process data.
- Monitor and audit production processes, including weight checks, batch sheets, and HACCP/HARPC programs.
- Collaborate with plant operations to address quality and processing issues.
- Assist with formula adjustments to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation, and safety regulations.
- Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support production demands.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, laboratory technician).
- Experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
