Title: Quality Assurance Technician - 3rd shift
Schedule: 10pm to 6:30am - Monday through Friday 
Pay Rate: $20/hr

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Quality Control Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the quality and safety of our products by conducting laboratory tests and supporting plant operations.

Job Duties:
  • Conduct a variety of laboratory tests on raw materials, in-process materials, finished goods, and returned products.
  • Accurately document all test results and process data.
  • Monitor and audit production processes, including weight checks, batch sheets, and HACCP/HARPC programs.
  • Collaborate with plant operations to address quality and processing issues.
  • Assist with formula adjustments to meet customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed to support production demands.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field (e.g., quality control, laboratory technician).
  • Experience in an industrial environment.
  • Strong math, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
