Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
- Tackle quality issues head-on through troubleshooting and recommending solutions
- Ensure facilities and operations adhere to the highest standards through QMS management
- Monitor daily QMS operations, identify and communicate quality concerns to key stakeholders
- Collaborate with the design team to implement corrective actions and improve processes for enhanced product quality
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain consistent quality standards through effective communication
- Partner with program teams to ensure timely product launches
- Maintain regular customer interaction, address their needs, and log any customer issues
- Contribute to the development of a comprehensive Quality Control plan
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 5+ years of experience managing a Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prior experience in auditing and equipment inspection (preferred).
- Deep understanding of manufacturing and production processes with a proven ability to solve problems in this environment.
- Excellent communication skills with experience working effectively with both internal and external customers.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and statistical analysis tools.
- Possesses a strong understanding of ISO 9001 standards and best practices.
