Job Duties:
  • Working with the quality control team, including quality engineers, inspection techs, and production group
  • Provide support following priority, scheduling, and delegated work assignments
  • Responsible for interpreting and understanding customer generated drawings
  • Inspection of work for final release
  • Correction of inspection reports
  • Knowledge of advanced quality planning and product part approval processes
  • Understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerance
  • Ability to perform inspections using tools such as: dial bore gages, ID/OD micrometers, thread plug gages, and protractors
  • Understanding AWS code standards
  • Ability to perform weld/structural check inspections
  • Some overtime and ability to travel up to 25%


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED
  • Relevant work experience
  • Technical training
