Hours: 2nd Shift

Job Summary:
  • This position is responsible for overseeing Quality Control matters and ensuring adherence to food safety and quality assurance standards. The Quality Control Lead will support the Quality Control Supervisor in achieving these goals.

Job Duties:
  • Implement food safety & quality programs (HACCP, GMP, SSOP).
  • Conduct audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Train employees on food safety & quality procedures.
  • Maintain records and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist with microbiological testing and product specifications.

Qualifications:
  • Meat industry experience required.
  • HACCP knowledge preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations (USDA, FSIS, SQF).
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
