Job Duties:

• Management of Purchasing Team, standardize processes, and find ways to improve existing processes within the supply chain 
• Monitor and balance individual team member workloads across the team on a regular basis
• Manage purchasing metrics including vendor OTD, Cost savings, quality, and Accounts Payable
• Standardize and streamline purchasing processes across the network
• Support team by being both hands on and oversight
• Support and help define regional strategy development for Purchasing
• Open purchase order management (expediting & vendor management)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant purchasing experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of ERP/MRP environments, proficient in Microsoft Office
