Title: Project Scheduler
Location: Atlanta, GA
Hire Type: Embedded
Pay Range: $45–$65/HR (Exempt: Salary Plus)

Sterling Engineering is seeking a Project Scheduler to support a key client in Atlanta. This opportunity offers a mix of in-office and remote flexibility, along with a monthly parking pass.

Job Duties:
  • Develop project schedules around WBS structures.
  • Manage, update, and maintain project schedules.
  • Forecast future resource requirements.
  • Develop and publish look-ahead reports.
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of project scheduling or project management experience.
  • Background in industrial or commercial sectors.
  • Strong initiative with the ability to ask questions and drive understanding of project activities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • BA/BS in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6 required; experience with Unifier or other PMIS software is a plus.
  • Proficiency with IT tools including Adobe Acrobat, MS Office Suite, and Microsoft Project.
Schedule:
  • In Office: Monday–Thursday
  • Work From Home: Friday
  • Monthly parking pass provided
