Compensation: $43-57/hour

Key Responsibilities
Project Development & Business Growth
  • Lead project proposal development, including project positioning, technical approach, scope definition, and fee/pricing estimates
  • Support business development efforts by maintaining strong client relationships and identifying opportunities for additional services
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and support marketing and proposal activities
Project Management & Execution
  • Manage all phases of project execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality control
  • Plan, coordinate, and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, changes, and client concerns
  • Supervise and participate in project review and QA/QC meetings
Technical Leadership & Design Coordination
  • Provide engineering design and technical expertise for natural gas distribution and transmission projects
  • Coordinate design activities across multidisciplinary teams, including internal staff and external stakeholders
  • Review project plans, specifications, and technical deliverables for accuracy and compliance
Team & Client Collaboration
  • Ensure project team members have the knowledge, tools, and support needed to perform their work effectively
  • Attend and lead client, staff, and project meetings as required
  • Assist with the preparation of project reports and technical documentation
Safety & Compliance
  • Promote and maintain a safe working environment in accordance with company policies and industry standards
  • Ensure projects comply with applicable regulatory requirements and engineering best practices
Education & Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience in natural gas transmission, gas distribution, and/or oil & gas engineering projects
  • Proven experience managing engineering projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain
  • Experience working with utility clients and regulatory agencies
  • Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to gas distribution systems
