Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to successful completion, ensuring timely deliveries of enclosure units.
- Collaborate closely with sales, engineering, production, and customers to align project objectives and ensure seamless execution.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, leveraging strong scheduling skills to optimize resource allocation and meet deadlines.
- Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including mechanical designers, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role, preferably in the construction, engineering, or industrial building sectors.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
- Salary position with an hourly component (straight time for 45-50 hours/week, overtime for over 50 hours/week).
- Bonus compensation based on company performance.
